Called them first thing in the morning after finding out our heating system had stopped working. Initially couldn’t come until the following day, but called and squeezed us into a same-day service. Within a few hours of my call, Jamie had come, fixed, and provided preventative maintenance on parts that had built up gunk and would have caused huge issues for us. And the price was extremely reasonable, especially considering how quickly they were able to come out. First time using them, and won’t be the last.

Tyson, one of the owners of First Choice, fit me right in his schedule and diagnosed the problem quickly, and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. This was so helpful as I was on a very tight timeline with a remodel. When he came to install the new furnace he was on time, professional, explained how the new furnace worked so I could understand, and was very tidy, cleaning up the work area perfectly.
